Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
July is National Blueberry Month! Grab your Southern Hill Farms blueberries from the freezer and celebrate with this blueberry smoothie bowl!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Florida blueberries
- 3 tablespoons Florida honey
- ¼ cup Florida orange juice
- 2 bananas
- Various toppings (such as fresh fruit, granola, coconut flakes, nuts, and seeds)
PREPARATION
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth. Top with coconut flakes, granola, fresh blueberries (or your favorite toppings).
Fresh tip: can be frozen in the form of popsicles for a healthy treat
