Start your day with a good yoga class and a blueberry mimosa in hand! Relax, breathe, stretch, and enjoy the fresh air during our 60-minute yoga class at Southern Hill Farms with experienced Yoga Alliance certified instructor, Rachael Jones. These classes are geared toward a gentle flow and are suitable for all experience levels. Modifications and/or challenges will be offered by your instructor throughout the yoga class.
