Health & Wellness Festival

As the new year approaches, we know that healthy habits will be top of mind and we want to bring together the best local tools and resources to support our community’s goals. Join us at Southern Hill Farms for our inaugural wellness weekend as we embark on our two-day Health & Wellness Festival! We are welcoming local vendors and hosting free classes from Pure Barre Winter Garden, Pure Barre Clermont, Burn Boot Camp & more! While this event is free to enter, there is limited availability for the fitness classes. Please see a detailed schedule and information to register for the free fitness classes below. You do not have to participate in the fitness classes to attend, feel free to visit the farm to pick fresh strawberries and seasonal vegetables to start your New Year’s resolutions off right, and be sure to visit our amazing vendors!
Free Fitness Class Schedule:
Saturday, Jan. 4:
- 9:30 AM – Burn Boot Camp Clermont
- 11:00 AM – Yoga with Kellie Smith
- 12:30 PM – Pure Barre Clermont
Sunday, Jan. 5:
- 9:30 AM – Burn Boot Camp Clermont
- 11:00 AM – Yoga with Kellie Smith
- 12:30 PM – Pure Barre Winter Garden
Classes are free to attend, but space is limited and registration is required here.
Keep in mind:
- Southern Hill Farms is a cashless venue. Debit and credit only accepted.
- No animals of any kind are allowed on the farm during our winter and spring u-pick season due to state and federal food safety regulations.
- Outside alcohol, coolers and/or catered meals are prohibited.
- Drones are prohibited at the farm during our public events.
- Southern Hill Farms is a working farm, you will be parking and walking in grass and unpaved areas.
- All events are subject to change or cancellation due to inclement weather and crop availability.
